There’s no doubt that Facebook’s recent pronouncements will lead to even more benefits for groups in the long run. Consequently, Facebook groups are an essential community feature right now. Hide reaction counts on Facebook: Hide likes
- Tap the three-line icon in Facebook’s mobile app to open the settings.
- Then tap on ‘Settings & Privacy’ and then ‘Settings.’
- Tap ‘Reaction preferences’ under ‘Preferences.’
- Select the toggle for explaining ‘On posts from others’ to hide Likes and reactions. When you tap the toggle for ‘On your posts,’ you won’t see other users’ Likes or reactions.
Facebook Likes: Hiding Page Likes
- Click on your profile page and click “More” on your Facebook profile page in your desktop browser.
- Click on the ‘Likes’ option.
- Select the sub menu button that’s the lower of the two 3-dot buttons, then select ‘Edit the Privacy of your Likes’.
- The categories are displayed. By clicking the corresponding globe icon, select a category that includes the Page or Pages you want to hide your Like for.
- Click the ‘Only me’ button. You can also let your friends see your Page Likes without making them fully public, but no one else can see them.
- Click ‘Close’, then repeat steps 4-5 for any other categories you want to make private.
